How can I place an order?

Orders may be placed using one of the following methods:

1.  Our online Shopping Cart.  
2.  Send an email to  sales@treastreasures.com
3.  Regular mail - send your order to us via "snail mail" at:

What should I expect after my order is placed?

You will be contacted by email (or phone if you prefer) within 48 hours after placing your
order to confirm the items are available and to provide you with an estimated ship date.  

Can I pay by credit card?

We use PayPal  - this is a fast, easy, and secure way to pay by credit card or electronic check.  
Just proceed through our site, and add items to your shopping cart.  Once you are through
shopping, then checkout and enter your payment information.
Once we receive confirmation (about 5 minutes after your entry), we will evalute your order,
and email you within 48 hours with an estimated shipping date.  We mail merchandise twice a
week.   It's that simple!  There is NO extra charge passed on to you for using this service.  

Can you gift wrap my purchases?

At your request, we will enclose a gift card free of charge.  If you would like a gift bag and
tissue paper included in the order, please add $3.00 per order.

Privacy Policy

Trea's Treasures respects your privacy. Across our business, around the world, we will only
collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your
information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your
purchase. We do not sell or otherwise make available or disclose your personal information at
ANY time, for ANY reason, to ANY party.  We strive to ensure a high level of security and
confidentiality.

Return Policy

YOUR BUSINESS IS IMPORTANT TO US  - WE WANT YOU TO BE PLEASED WITH OUR
MERCHANDISE!

Should you be unhappy with any item upon receipt, we will provide a full refund excluding
postage and insurance.  Please email us for return authorization, and then return the
merchandise within seven business days of receipt to the address indicated below and in the
same condition as it was received.   Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  

Please return by First Class Mail and insured, if desired (for higher value items).

No refunds will be issued until after your original payment has cleared the bank and the
returned merchandise has been received.   All items are boxed and wrapped securely.  If you
are returning an item, please do the same.  All refunds are by check or merchandise credit, at
your request.   Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
